When Sendong Strikes

December 17, 2011. News about a typhoon coming over the country of the Philippines. Everyone thought that this is just some ordinary typhoon, nothing big and not that very dangerous. When tragedy struck onto the place of Cagayan de Oro and Iligan City. Its Ondoy all over again, And we thought we learned our lesson because of that incident and well... here it is again. Massive floods and winds poured on the unsuspecting homes and families resulting to 652 deaths, 800 missing, millions of peso in property damage and its still climbing. What added salt to the wound is that Christmas is just a few days away.

Seeing people without their homes and having a family member killed, I just can't imagine how hard it is for them to live everyday without shelter, food, water and security. All I could do is somehow donate and spread the word by using this blog (if anybody is reading this.) Anyway, I hope you can help and give all you can to your fellow brothers and sisters.
